During the Scott Walker protests Tom Morello came to Madison to show support for the recall efforts. This couldn't have meant less to my 18 year old brain, I just wanted to see the guitarist from Rage Against the Machine. The show was at the Monona Terrace which was an interesting spot for a protest show. I recall walking through board rooms to get to the hall where Tom was setup. It was a good show, but I was laser focused on hearing Rage with a full band, which was not on the docket for that evening unfortunately.
